| dc.description.abstract | Summary: The statistical study on the impacts of climate change on durum wheat production in the wilaya of Khenchela revealed the significant influence of climatic variations on yields. Analyzing climate and agricultural data over a decade, the research showed a significant increase in average durum wheat yields, reaching 17 t/ha. Average annual production increased significantly from 368,400 tonnes in 2014 to a peak of 869,640 tonnes in 2020, before dropping to 331,940 tonnes in 2023. April's total rainfall proved to be the factor determining yields, having the most marked effect on production. Résumé : L’étude statistique sur les impacts du changement climatique sur la production de blé dur dans la wilaya de Khenchela a révélé l'influence significative des variations climatiques sur les rendements. En analysant des données climatiques et agricoles sur une décennie, la recherche a montré une augmentation significative des rendements moyens de blé dur, atteignant 17 qx/ha. La production moyenne annuelle a considérablement augmenté, passant de 368 400 tonnes en 2014 à un pic de 869 640 tonnes en 2020, avant de chuter à 331 940 tonnes en 2023. La pluviométrie totale du mois d’avril s'est avérée être le facteur déterminant des rendements, ayant l’effet le plus marqué sur la production. | |
