Abstract
الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين الإدارة في العيادات الخاصة، وجودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة فيها. ولأن مجتمع البحث كبير اخترنا عينة الدراسة، والتي تتمثل في بالعيادة الكبرى مزداوت بولاية خنشلة حيث تم تطبيق هذه الدراسة، لمعرفة دور الإدارة في هذه العيادة، وعلاقتها بجودة الخدمات الصحية فيها، حيث قمنا بصياغة فرضيات تشمل متغيري الدراسة تتمثل في وظائف الإدارة ومبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة لمعرفة هذه العلاقة، وتم تطبيق المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ومنهج المسح الشامل لأفراد العينة . أما الأدوات المستخدمة في الدراسة، إعتمدنا على الملاحظة والمقابلة مع مسؤولي العيادة، وتوزيع الإستبيان على جميع العاملين فيها. ثم تفريغ البيانات وجدولتها، وتحليلها.بواسطة برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الإجتماعية SPSS . وتوصلنا إلى نتائج إيجابية لتطبيق الإدارة في العيادة، لمبادئ إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وهي إلتزام الإدارة العليا، التركيز على العميل، إتخاذ القرارات بناءا على المعلومات، العمل الجماعي وتشكيل فرق العمل، التركيز على جودة العمليات، والتحسين المستمر. وهذا ما مكننا من الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي، وهو تكمن علاقة الإدارة بجودة الخدمات الصحية المقدمة بالعيادة الكبرى مزداوت، بولاية خنشلة، في دعم تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة فيها.
Abstract :
this study aims to know the relationship between, the administration at
private clinics and, the quality of health services provided. Since is very
wide research community, we chose a sample study, which is the Grand
clinic mezdaouet in khenchela . where this study was applied to determine
the role of administration in this clinic, and their relationship to the quality
of health services, we formulate hypotheses include the study variables are
functions of management and total quality management principles to see this
relationship, applying, descriptive, analytical, comprehensive sample survey
approach. Either the tools used in the study, we relied pon observation and
interview with officials of the clinic, and the distribution of the questionnaire
to all employees. Then dumping, the data and scheduling, and analyzed by
the statistical package for Social Sciences programme SPSS. We have
reached a positive outcome for the Administration application in the clinic,
the principles, of total quality management, senior management
commitment, customer focus, making decisions based on information,
teamwork and team-building, focusing on the quality of operations, and
continuous improvement. This enabled us to answer the main question,
which is the relationship between the administration at private clinics and,
the quality of health services provided. by the Grand clinic mezdaouet, in
khenchela, in support of the application of total quality management.
