dc.description.abstractتعد فئة الأطفال ذوي الإعاقة من بين فئات المجتمع الأكثر عجزا، وذلك لما تعرضهم الإعاقة من ظروف جسمانية وعوائق اجتماعية وصراعات نفسية، ولهذا كانت العناية بهذه الفئة من الأولويات المهمة التي يجب أن تتضافر في تحقيقها جميع الأطراف سواء الأفراد أو المجتمع أو الدولة، وذلك من خلال توفير الرعاية الصحية والتعليمية والتأهيلية، وهو الأمر الذي عملت عليه الجزائر منذ مدة طويلة، وذلك عن طريق التوقيع على المواثيق الدولية التي تناولت جوانب هذه الحماية، كما أنها نصت في دستورها وقوانينها على الضمانات التي تكفلها، كل ذلك من دمجهم داخل المجتمع وتحسين مستوى معيشتهم وتوفير أوجه الحماية المختلفة لهم وعدم الانتقاص من حقوقهم القانونية بأي شكل من الأشكال. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية القانونية-الطفل المعاق.
