| dc.description.abstract | أعطى المشرع الجزائري المسؤولية عن الأشياء العناية التي تستحقها وذلك بسبب توسع الأخير في نطاق المسؤولية التقصيرية ففصل المسؤولية عن الأشياء والحيوانات وهدم البناء في نصوص المواد (138، 139 و140ف2-3) وأسسها على فكرة الخطأ المفترض، وأرجع المسؤولية عن الحريق (140ف1) إلى الخطأ الذي يجب إثباته، وأدخل في المسؤولية عن المنتج في المادة (140 مكرر) قواعد قانونية تفرض على الشخص المسؤولية عن الأضرار التي تسببها الأشياء التي تكون تحت حمايته أو التي يجب عليه بصفته مالكا أو حارسا أو حائزا أن يضمن أن الأشياء التي تكون تحت سيطرته لا تسبب ضررا للغير وذلك باتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لمنع وقوع الضرر وإذا حدث يكون الشخص المسؤول مسؤولا عن تعويض الشخص المتضرر. the importance of the commercial register in Algeria and its need to keep up with the requirements of modern business operations, Algerian legislation has stipulated the establishment of the electronic commercial register to modernize and facilitate commercial transactions and contribute to the development of the electronic environment, alongside enhancing credit levels among traders and operators.
