| dc.description.abstract | لقد انتهج قطاع العدالة ومنذ سنة 2004 عصرنة هذا المرفق برقمنته بالتفتح على تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، وهذا بعد صدور المرسوم التنفيذي 04-333 المتضمن تنظيم وزارة العدل والذي أنشا لأول مرة مديرية للعصرنة، والتي قامت بالعديد من التطبيقات الإلكترونية ، كما سعت إلى تبسيط الإجراءات القضائية وتقريب العدالة من المواطن ، إضافة إلى القضاء على الأرشيف الورقي واستبداله بالأرشيف الالكتروني ضمانا لمبدأ الاقتصاد في تكلفة القطاع ، كما استبدل القطاع بعض العقوبات السالبة للحرية والرقابة القضائية بواسطة السوار الالكتروني ، وتصحيح الأخطاء المادية للمغتربين دون التنقل إلى أرض الوطن ، كما أصبح للمواطن أن يستخرج الوثائق الإلكترونية القضائية بواسطة الولوج إلى شبكة الأنترنيت، ورغم أن هذه الرقمنة بسطت الإجراءات القضائية، إلا أنها مازالت تعاني من العديد من المشاكل تأتي في مقدمتها عدم التحكم في التكنولوجيا التي تأتي من الدول المتقدمة. Since 2004, the justice sector has pursued the modernization of this facility by digitizing it by opening up to information and communication technologies. This was after the issuance of Executive Decree 04-333, which included the organization of the Ministry of Justice, which established for the first time a Directorate of Modernization, which carried out many electronic applications, and also sought to simplify judicial procedures and bring Justice from the citizen, in addition to eliminating the paper archive and replacing it with the electronic archive to ensure the principle of saving the sector’s costs. The sector also replaced some of the penalties depriving of freedom and judicial oversight with the electronic bracelet, and correcting the material errors of expatriates without moving to the homeland.
