dc.description.abstractالملخص: في ظل التغيرات المتسارعة والحاصلة في مختلف نواحي الحياة، وجدت اتصالات الجزائر نفسها أمام تحديات الحفاظ على مكانتها على المستوى الدولي من خلال تمييز خدماتها بالمقارنة مع نفس الخدمات للمنافسين الآخرين وفي هذا السياق، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الميزة التنافسية، في مديرية اتصالات الجزائر لولاية خنشلة ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن لتكنولوجيا المعلومات نقاط جوهرية تساعد المؤسسة على اكتساب ميزة تنافسية كريح الوقت وأداء الأعمال بكفاءة وجودة عالية ودقة المعلومات، لاتخاذ أنجح القرارات والإستراتيجيات لرفع أداء المؤسسة وبالتالي التميز في عملها. Abstract: In light of the rapid changes taking place in various aspects of life, communications of Algiers found it self facing the challenges of maintaining its position at the international level by distinguishing its services in comparison with the same services of other competitors.in this context, this study aims to identify the impact of Information Technology on the competitive advantage, in the Directorate of Etisalat Algiers for the state of Khenchela, and the study found that information technology has essential points that help the organization gain a competitive advantage such as time gain, business performance efficiently, high quality and accuracy of information, to make the most successful decisions and strategies to raise the performance of the institution and thus excellence in its work.
