dc.description.abstractالملخص : أسهم الحكم المدني الفرنسي في الجزائر بين 1870 و 1919 في احداث تغييرات عميقة على الحياة الإجتماعية للجزائريين، حيث سعى الاستعمار الى ترسيخ هيمنته من خلال قوانين صارمة مثل قانون الأهالي الذي سلب الجزائريين حقوقهم السياسية والمدنية، واستولى المستوطنون الأوروبيين على مساحات واسعة من الأراضي الزراعية ما أدى إلى تهميش الفلاحين الجزائريين وتدهور أوضاعهم، وفرضت نظم تعليمية وثقافية فرنسية تهدف إلى طمس الهوية الوطنية وأقصت اللغة العربية والتعليم الإسلامي، كل هذه السياسات ساهمت في تفكيك البنية التقليدية للمجتمع الجزائري، وخلقت فوارق طبقية حادة، ونشرت ثقافات جديدة داخل الجزائريين، وانتشرت العديد من الأوبئة، وهذا ما أدى بالعديد من الأهالي للجوء إلى الهجرة نتيجة تلك الظروف. abstract : French civil rule in Algeria contributed between 1870 and 1919 to bringing in deep changes to the social life of the Algerians, as colonialism sought to consolidate its hegemony through strict laws such as the law of the people, which robbed the Algerians of their political and civil rights, and European settlers seized large areas of agricultural lands, which led to the marginalization of Algerian farmers and the deterioration of their conditions, and the imposition of French educational and cultural systems It aims to obliterate the national identity and set up Arabic and Islamic education, all these policies contributed to the dismantling of the traditional structure of Algerian society, created sharp class differences, and spread new cultures within the Algerians, and many epidemics spread, and this led many people to resort to immigration as a result of these conditions.
