dc.description.abstractالملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور الرئيسي الذي يلعبه التشخيص الاستراتيجي في خلق الميزة التنافسية في مركز التشخيص الطبي البلسم الشافي خنشلة، وذلك من خلال توضيح المفاهيم النظريةالمتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة كالتشخيص الاستراتيجي والميزة التنافسية وعلاقة الربط بين المتغيرتين. بعد استعراض الجانب النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة وإسقاطها في الجانب التطبيقي على مركز التشخيص الطبي البلسم الشافي خنشلة، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، حيث أن للتشخيص الاستراتيجي بنوعيه الداخلي والخارجي دور هاما في خلق ميزة تنافسية في المؤسسات بصفة عامة ومركز التشخيص الطبي البلسم الشافي بصفة خاصة على غرار تقنية بديلة للجراحة، مضخة الأنسولين. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the main role that strategic diagnosis plays in creating the competitive advantage in the Balsam Al-Shafi Medical Diagnostic Center in Khenchela, by clarifying the theoretical concepts related to the variables of the study, such as strategic diagnosis, competitive advantage, and the linking relationship between the two variables. After reviewing the theoretical aspect of the variables of the study and projecting them into the applied aspect on the Al Balsam Al Shafi Medical Diagnostic Center in Khenchela, the study reached a set of results, as strategic diagnosis, both internal and external, has an important role in creating a competitive advantage in institutions in general and the Al Balsam Medical Diagnostic Center Al Shafi particularly modeled on an alternative technique to surgery, the insulin pump.
