| dc.description.abstract | تُعدّ قضية الصحراء الغربية أحد العوامل الرئيسية التي أدت إلى توتر العلاقات بين الجزائر والمغرب لعقود. تدعم الجزائر جبهة البوليساريو التي تسعى إلى استقلال الصحراء الغربية، بينما يعتبرها المغرب جزءًا لا يتجزأ من أراضيه. وقد أدى هذا الخلاف إلى قطيعة دبلوماسية متكررة وإغلاق الحدود بين البلدين منذ عام ١٩٩٤، مما أثر سلبًا على التبادل الاقتصادي والتعاون الإقليمي. ومن أهم هذه العواقب: • تعطل اتحاد المغرب العربي وتأخير التكامل الإقليمي. • سباق تسلح بين البلدين، مما يعيق التنمية الاقتصادية. • التوترات الأمنية الناجمة عن تصاعد النزاعات في شمال أفريقيا. • التدخلات الدولية التي زادت من تعقيد الصراع. والنتيجة هي جمود سياسي، وتوترات مستمرة بين الجزائر والمغرب، وعقبات أمام الاستقرار والتقدم في المنطقةhe Western Sahara issue is one of the key factors that have strained relations between Algeria and Morocco for decades. Algeria supports the Polisario Front, which seeks independence for Western Sahara, while Morocco considers the territory as part of its own. This disagreement has led to repeated diplomatic ruptures and the closure of borders between the two countries since 1994, negatively impacting economic exchange and regional cooperation. Key consequences include: • Stalling of the Arab Maghreb Union and the delay of regional integration. • An arms race between the two nations, hindering economic development. • Security tensions due to escalating disputes in North Africa. • International interventions that have further complicated the conflict. The result is a political stalemate, ongoing tensions between Algeria and Morocco, and obstacles to stability and progress in the region | |
