Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التطرق إلى واقع الفساد، هذا الأخير الذي أصبح يشكل خطراً حقيقياً يهدد كافة الشعوب والمجتمعات، وقد قامت الدراسة بتحليل العوامل المختلفة المؤدية إلى ظهور الفساد، والتي حاولنا تحديدها في أربعة محاور رئيسية، وركزت الدراسة على العوامل السياسية والقانونية، والعوامل الاقتصادية، والعوامل الإدارية، والعوامل الاجتماعية، وأخيراً تم التوصل إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.This study aims to address the reality of corruption, the latter, which has become a real threat to all peoples and societies, the study has analyzed the different factors that lead to the emergence of corruption, which we have tried to identify in four main themes, the study focused on political and legal factors, economic factors, administrative factors, and social factors, and finally, a set of results and recommendations were achieved.
