| dc.description.abstract | نشأت فكرة ابتكار منتج مالي اجتماعي إسلامي في شكل الصكوك الوقفية، لامتصاص المدخرات والأموال المتداولة في السوق الموازية الجزائرية، حيث تعتبر الصكوك الوقفية من أهم الأدوات التمويلية الوقفية كونها قادرة على توفير التمويل اللازم للمشاريع دون استنزاف ميزانية مؤسسة الأوقاف، والخروج بها من دائرة الحاجة الى التمويل الى الكفاية والاعتماد على التمويل الجماعي. لقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لعرض وتحليل المعلومات وخلصت الدراسة الى نتيجة مفادها أن الصكوك الوقفية أداة اجتماعية إسلامية يمكن تطبيقها في الجزائر إذا توافرت مجموعة من المتطلبات التشريعية الشرعية والتنظيمية. The idea of creating an Islamic social financial product was born in the form of endowment Sukuk, to absorb savings and money circulating on the Algerian parallel market. When the endowment sukuk is considered one of the most important endowment funding tools, as it is able to provide the necessary funding for projects without depleting the budget of the endowment institution, and take it out of the circle the financing need to achieve sufficiency and the use of crowdfunding. We used the descriptive and analytical approach to present and analyze the information. The study concluded that the endowment Sukuk is an Islamic social tool that can be applied in Algeria if a set of legislative, legal and regulatory requirements are met. | |
