Abstract
In the context of the recovery of sludge to different doses (5%, 10%) relative to the weight of soil. We followed
the N mineralization kinetics which plays a crucial role in plant nitrogen nutrition dice, it is within the
constitution of most organic compounds, hence its special interest as an essential nutrient of the plant.
The study was conducted in laboratory conditions optimized, the devices uses the simple method of incubation
jars for nitrogen.
It follows that over a period of 28 days of incubation an adverse effect was observed on the increase of mineral
nitrogen in the soil after addition of sewage sludge
The unfavorable effect of the sludge also observed the different doses used.
More one augment the dose of sludge in the soil, the more we note a decrease in the amount of nitrogen.
This could have interesting applications in agricultural development land, soil protection and especially a better
control of nitrogen fertilizer in the soil.
