| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : جاء هذا المقال بهدف التعرف على تأثير تكنولوجيا الأنترنت بمؤسسة موبيليس -تبسة-، على عملية التخطيط، من خلال دراسة وصفية ميدانية اعتمدنا فيها على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، ونظرا لمحدودية عدد مفردات مجتمع البحث فضلنا أن يكون مسحا شاملا لجميع موظفي مؤسسة موبيليس، الذين يستخدمون شبكة الأنترنت في عملهم، والبالغ عددهم 24 موظف. وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن شبكة الأنترنت بمؤسسة موبيليس رفعت من مستوى أداء عملية التخطيط بالمؤسسة وحسنت من محيط العمل. Abstract : This article aims at identifying the impact of internet technology at Mobilis Tebessa,on the planning process ,through a descriptive field study in wich we relied on the survey questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information, and because of the limited number of vocabulary in the search community, we preferred to have a comprehensive survey of all Mobilis employees who use the internet in their work ,of wich 24 employees. The results of the study found that the internet company Mobilis upgraded the performance of the planing process in the institution and improved the working environment. | |
