| dc.description.abstract | The research on the legal adjustment and the legal nature of the administrative district require focus on its position in the state administrative hierarchy, i.e., identifying its position within the general administrative body. In this regard, in its assignments of the administrative tasks, the state takes into consideration its political, economic, cultural, and social circumstances, and tries to establish diverse administrative institutions that adopt its political and democratic principles. In this regard, the municipal delegations are represented by the municipal delegates to link the citizens and the municipal public facilities, improve the work of these facilities, launch initiatives that enhance the living and economic standards, and monitor the issues that affect the public facilities to report them to the mayors. | |
