| dc.description.abstract | وتتابع الجزائر منذ عدة سنوات مشروع الإدارة الإلكترونية الرقمية وتتخلى عن الإدارة الورقية التقليدية. ومن أجل تحديث القطاع، عملت وزارة العدل جاهدة على تطوير العديد من الإجراءات والتطبيقات لتحسين الخدمة المدنية. منذ اعتماد القانون 15/03 المتعلق بتحديث القضاء، حدثت ثورة قانونية في المجال التكنولوجي للقطاع. وضع تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات"، مما يسمح للقضاء بإحراز تقدم كبير في استخدام تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات نحو العالم الرقمي، الأمر الذي أحدث ثورة في التحول المفاهيمي ونقلة نوعية في النهج المتبع في نموذج الخدمة العامة"، حيث تعمل العدالة يعتمد القطاع على الإدارة الإلكترونية، مثل تقنية التقاضي عن بعد من خلال المحادثة المرئية لتسريع المحاكمات والبت في القضايا في تأخير معقول. وسنحاول من خلال هذه الوثيقة العلمية تسليط الضوء على الإطار المفاهيمي للعدالة الإلكترونية والتعرف على معنى المصطلحات التقنية والعلمية في هذا المجال.
