| dc.description.abstract | هدف هذه الورقة البحثية هو التعرف على واقع ريادة الأعمال النسوية في الجزائر ومعرفة مدى تمكين المرأة في الحياة العملية. خلصت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أنه رغم الجهود التي تبذلها الجزائر من أجل تمكين المرأة في مجال ريادة الأعمال، إلا أنها لازالت لم تصل إلى المستوى المطلوب في العديد من القطاعات أبرزها القطاع الصناعي، كما يظهر ذلك من خلال إحتلالها للمراتب الأخيرة في مجال تمكين المرأة وذلك برتبة 132 عالميا. Abstract: The aim of this research paper is to identify the reality of female entrepreneurship in Algeria and to know the extent of empowering women in working life. This research paper concluded that, despite Algeria's efforts to empower women in the field of entrepreneurship, However, it still did not reach the required level in many sectors The most prominent of them is the industrial sector, as shown by its recent ranking in the field of women's empowerment, with a rank of 132 globally. | |
