dc.description.abstractهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التسيير العمومي الحديث كأسلوب جديد في إدارة مؤسسات القطاع العام، كما تهدف إلى تحليل واقع التنمية المستدامة بمناطق الظل في الجزائر ضمن مخطط برنامج الإنعاش الإقتصادي (2020-2024) في إطار تحسين معيشة السكان بالمناطق المعزولة وتحقيق التوازن الإقليمي. هذه الدراسة تناولت أثر التسيير العمومي الحديث من خلال تسطير برامج تنمية مناطق الظل أخذين دائرة العامة كدراسة حالة.
