| dc.description.abstract | تشكل الأخطار الكبرى تهديدا يثقل كاهل المجتمعات والدول إذا تحقق وقوعها تصبح كارثة مدمرة تخلف وراءها آثار جسيمة، حيث يترتب عن استخدام التكنولوجيا أخطار كبرى من أهمها تلك الناجمة عن استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي واستغلال الطاقات المتجددة. ويعتبر التأمين آلية قانونية فعالة لمواجهة الأخطار الكبرى الناجمة عن استخدام التكنولوجيا فهو يعمل على توفير التغطية التأمينية للأفراد والممتلكات خاصة في ظل التطور التقني الهائل الذي يشهده العالم بأسره الأمر الذي يدفع إلى الإقبال على شركات التأمين للحصول على تعويض سواء كان نقدي أو عيني كلي أو جزئي في حالة تحقق الخطر التكنولوجي الكبير. وخلصت دراستنا بإقرار إقترحات يجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار لترسيخ فكرة التأمين كآلية فعالة لمواجهة الأضرار الناجمة عن استخدام التكنولوجيا.
