Abstract
إن التطوير السريع الحاصل اليوم في مجال التأمينات يفرض علينا تقديم أحسن أداء وظيفي من قبل
القادة والعاملين للحفاظ عليه وكسب رهان التنافسية والبقاء ، لهذا أصبح بقاء الشركة ونموها يعتمد بشكل كبير
على زيادة فعاليتها و الإنتاج في حركة الإقتصاد العالمي ، أي العمل على تحسين الفعالية الإنتاجية للعاملين .
وهذه الأخيرة لا تتم إلا من قائد يمتاز بشخصية قيادية قوية تتبع أحسن أساليب القيادة الإدارية
و كأي شركة من العالم الثالث CAAT . فلقد خلصت دراسة الميدانية بأن الشركة الجزائرية للتأمينات
عموما والواقع العربي خصوصا تتمتع بثقافة تنظيمية مرنة قابلة للتغيير لابد أن تحضى بإهتمام كبير من قبل
القيادة خاصة في ما يخص توضيح أساليب القيادة الإدارية الفعالة في تحسين الفعالية الإنتاجية عند العاملين
The rapid development happening today in the field of insurance requires us to provide the best
performance of the job by the leaders and staff to maintain it and gain a competitive bet and stay, this has
become the company's survival and growth depends largely on increasing its effectiveness and production in
the movement of the global economy, any action to improve the efficiency of productive workers .
The latter is not only the leader of the advantage of a strong charismatic leadership styles best
