| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه المذكرة جريمة تمويل الإرهاب بموجب القانون رقم 05-01 وآليات مكافحتها والتي تعتبر جريمة ذات تجريم مزدوج، جريمة التمويل وجريمة الإرهاب. ولذلك فهي من أخطر الجرائم الجديدة وشكل من أشكال الجرائم المتقدمة. في الوقت الذي لا تزال فيه ظاهرة الإرهاب الحدث الأبرز على الساحة العالمية، وإشكاليته وتصفيته هي الشغل الشاغل للعالم أجمع، وبما أن التمويل هو مصدر قوة أي منظمة، وبالتالي، كلما زاد . إن تمويل الإرهاب والمنظمات الإرهابية يتضاعف كلما زادت الجرائم التي ترتكبها. وهذا ما أدركه المجتمع الدولي، حيث أولى أهمية خاصة لمكافحة جريمة تمويل الإرهاب، انطلاقا من إدراكه أن السبيل الوحيد للقضاء على الإرهاب هو قطع تمويله.This memorandum deals with the crime of financing terrorism under Law No 05-01 and the mechanisms to combat it which is considered a dual Criminalization crime, the Crime of financing and the crime of terrorism. The financing of terrorism and terrorist organizations multiplies the more crimes, they Commit escalate. This is what the international Community became aware of as it attached special importance to combating Combating the crime of financing terrorism, based on its awareness that the only way to eliminate terrorism is to cut off its funding . | |
