Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز انعكاسات تبني المؤسسات الصناعية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية ودورها في تحسين الأداء البيئي وذلك بالإشارة إلى شركة الاسمنت الماء الأبيض تبسة . وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن مؤسسة اسمنت تبسة تهتم بالمسؤولية الاجتماعية من خلال إدماج الجوانب البيئية في سياسة المؤسسة . كما خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات منها اعتبار المسؤولية الاجتماعية جزء لا يتجزأ من سياسة المؤسسة وزيادة الاهتمام بالوعي البيئي وإعادة تدوير المخلفات الصناعية.
This study aims to highlight the implications of industrial institutions adopting social responsibility and its role in improving environmental performance by referring to the Tebessa White Cement Company. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the Tebessa Cement Corporation is concerned with social responsibility by integrating environmental aspects into the corporation’s policy. The study also concluded with a set of recommendations, including considering social responsibility as an integral part of the institution’s policy and increasing interest in environmental awareness and recycling industrial waste.
