It was founded in 2014, focusing on articles specialized in the field of law, political science, and related disciplines, aiming to publish academic articles and scientific knowledge directed to the public of researchers specializing in its fields, whether they are university professors or research professors and Ph.D. students, and those interested in the legal and political fields. The journal is originally available for the field of law, political science and relevant fields in a comparative manner such as legal sociology, Islamic jurisprudence, law, legal, political and Islamic economics,. Articles are published in Arabic, English and French languages. They are required to be genuine, serious, not previously published or submitted for publication, characterized by scientific integrity and have a relationship and influence in the legal and political environment that has a direct impact on activating the role of institutions and research laboratories and submitting constructive proposals within the framework of modernization and development of scientific research in the disciplines targeted in the journal.
dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز دور التأمين الفلاحي كشكل من أشكال إدارة الأخطار المالية والتي تسهم في دفع عجلة التنمية المحلية وذلك من خلال التطرق لأهم المؤسسات التأمينية الفاعلة في هذا المجال والتي تقدم مجموعة من الضمانات التأمينية لأصحاب المستثمرات الفلاحية، كما تم التطرق للضمانات التشريعية التي تعمل على استمرارية الإستغلال الأمثل للمستمرات الفلاحية في محاولة من المشرع للموازنة بين المخاطر الطبيعية و البشرية ضمن إستراتيجية فلاحية فعالة لمواجهة التحديات التي تواجه القطاع الفلاحي . Abstract: This research paper aims to highlight the role of agricultural insurance as a form of financial risk management that contributes to driving local development it does so by outlining the most prominent insurance institutions active in this field,which offer a range of insurance guarantees to agricultural investors. The paper also addresses the legislative guarantees that ensure the optimal and continuous exploitation of agricultural holdings, as the leegislator attempts to balance natural and human risks within an agricultural strategy designed to face the challenges confronting the agricultural sector
