Abstract
الملخص : تعتبر الخدمات الصحية جزءا أساسيا من المدينة و عليه فان تطور الخدمات الصحية يجب أن يكون بالتوازي مع التطور العمراني للمنطقة أو المدينة حيث أن المهمة الأساسية لهذه الخدمات هي تلبية احتياجات السكان بالشكل والنوع المطلوب.
لأن منظمة الصحة العالمية تقر أن الصحة حق أساسي من حقوق الإنسان، كما أن المرض يشكل عبئا اجتماعيا و اقتصاديا في المجتمع، و بشكل عام فان الخدمات الصحية تحدد المستوى الحضاري للأمم
يهدف هذا البحث الى توضيح واقع الخدمات الصحية في ولاية قسنطينة ( الجزائر) من حيث مكوناتها الأساسية للكشف عن الاختلالات الموجودة من أجل اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة و الضرورية التي تساهم في تطوير القطاع الصحي.
Abstract : Heath services are an essential part of the city so that, their development should be in parallel with the urban development of the region or city. Where the main task these services are meeting the needs of the population figure and the required type.
The world health organization recognizes that health is basic human right.also, the disease burden socially and economically in the community and in general health services determines the cultural level of the nations.
This research aims to clarify the reality of health services in Constantine (Algeria) in terms of their basic components to detect imbalances in order to take the necessary measures that contribute to the development of the health sector.
Résumé : Les services sanitaires sont une partie essentielle de la ville, de sorte que leur développement doit être parallèle avec le développement urbain de la région ou de la
ville.
où la principale tâche de ces services est de répondent aux besoins de la population selon le type et la forme requis.
l'Organisation mondiale de la santé reconnaît que la santé est un droit humain fondamental. En outre, la maladie forme une charge social et économique au niveau de la communauté et d’une façon général, les services sanitaires déterminent le niveau de civilisation des nations.
Cette recherche vise à clarifier la réalité des services sanitaires à la wilaya de Constantine (Algérie), en termes de composants de leurs composantes de base pour la détecter les déséquilibres afin de prendre les mesures nécessaires qui contribuent au audéveloppement du secteur sanitaire.
