Abstract
الملخص:
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير سياسة تخفيض قيمة العملة على التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر خلال الفترة من 2000 إلى 2016، وذلك بغية معرفة مدى فعالية هذه السياسة في تحسين الميزان التجاري، تبنت الجزائر سياسة تخصيص قيمة الدينار كجزء من جهودها
لتحفيز الاقتصاد وتعزيز الميزان التجاري
أظهرت النتائج أن هذه السياسة لم تحقق الفوائد المرجوة يعود ذلك إلى الاعتماد الكبير للاقتصاد الجزائري على صادرات المحروقات، حيث تتحكم الأسعار العالمية للبترول في إيرادات البلاد، مما يجعل تأثير تخفيض العملة على الصادرات محدوداً، بالإضافة إلى ذلك، لم تشهد الواردات الجزائرية انخفاضاً كبيراً نتيجة لهذه السياسة، مما يشير إلى أن تخفيض قيمة الدينار لم يكن له تأثير ملموس في تحسين
الميزان التجاري للجزائر خلال هذه الفترة.
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the impact of currency devaluation policy on Algeria's foreign trade from 2000 to 2016, in order to determine the effectiveness of this policy in improving the trade balance. Algeria adopted the dinar devaluation policy as part of its efforts to stimulate the economy and enfance the trade balance.
The results showed that this policy did not achieve the desired benefits. This is due to the heavy reliance of the Algerian economy on hydrocarbon exports, where global oil prices control the country's revenues, making the impact of currency devaluation on exports limited. Additionally, Algerian imports did not significantly decrease as a result of this policy, indicating that the devaluation of the dinar did not have a tangible effect on improving Algeria's trade balance during this period.
