| dc.description.abstract | ملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع الشمول المالي وتقييم مدى مساهمة الرقمنة المالية في تعزيزه من خلال تقديم خدمات مالية مبتكرة. ركزت الدراسة على السياق الجزائري، حيث تم إجراء دراسة ميدانية في وحدة بريد الجزائر 40000 بخنشلة. تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 100 مشارك من العملاء والموظفين، وتم استجوابهم باستخدام استبيان منظم. وقد تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS V20. كشفت النتائج عن وجود تأثير معنوي إحصائي للرقمنة المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي ضمن وحدة بريد الجزائر 40000 بخنشلة. وتبرز هذه النتائج الدور الحاسم الذي تلعبه التحولات الرقمية في توسيع الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية وتعزيز التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة. Abstract This study aims to explore the current state of financial inclusion and assess the extent to which financial digitization contributes to its promotion through the provision of innovative financial services. The research focuses on the context of Algeria, with a field study conducted at the Algeria Post Office Unit in Khenchela. A sample of 100 participants, comprising both clients and employees, was selected and surveyed using a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed using the statistical software SPSS V20. The findings reveal a statistically significant impact of financial digitization on the enhancement of financial inclusion within the Khenchela unit of Algeria Post. These results highlight the critical role of digital transformation in expanding access to financial services and fostering inclusive economic development. | |
