| dc.description.abstract | يعتبر رأس المال المخاطر من المصادر التمويلية المستحدثة والمستخدمة في تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في مرحلتي الإنشاء والانطلاق، وقصد التعرف على مدى أهمية رأس المال المخاطر تم التعرض للمراحل التاريخية لتطوره، وكذا مختلف المراحل التمويلية التي يمر بها المشروع أثناء عملية تمويله برأس المال المخاطر، ثم تم عرض تجربة و.م.أ كونها البلد السبّاق في استخدام رأس المال المخاطر، وقد أفضت النتائج إلى أن رأس المال المخاطر بات من أهم مصادر التمويل بالنسبة للمؤسسات كونه يقلل من إمكانية خروج المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من السوق، وكذا يساهم في تحقيق فوائض تساعد على تحقيق التنمية.
