| dc.description.abstract | ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور أخلاقيات التسويق في ترشيد وضبط الممارسات التسويقية في المؤسسات الخدمية، حيث تم من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإحاطة النظرية بأبعاد الدراسة، إضافة إلى اعتماد المنهج التفسيري النوعي لتحليل نتائج المقابلة التي أجريت على المؤسستين محل الدراسة والتي كانت مقابلة نصف موجّهة، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ الالتزام الأخلاقي المؤسساتي بالمعايير الأخلاقية يساهم في خلق الصورة المثالية في بيئة النشاط، ويمكّن المؤسسات من العمل وفق قواعد ورؤى استراتيجية واضحة. Abstract: This study aimed to highlight the role of marketing ethics in rationalizing and regulating marketing practices in service institutions. To achieve this objective, the study relied on the descriptive-analytical method to provide a theoretical understanding of the study’s dimensions, in addition to adopting a qualitative interpretive approach to analyze the results of the semi-structured interviews conducted with the two institutions under study. The findings concluded that institutional ethical commitment to moral standards contributes to creating an ideal image within the activity environment and enables institutions to operate according to clear strategic rules and visions. | |
