| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة أثر تنمية الموارد البشرية في إعادة إدماج السجون بمؤسسة إعادة التأهيل البوني عنابة التي تعتبر كمؤسسة مثال لأنسنة ظروف الحبس وعلاقة ذلك بالإصلاحات التي اعتمدتها وزارة العدل الجزائرية لجميع هياكلها منذ تنصيب لجنة إصلاح العدالة سنة (1999) والتي بدورها أعطت قسطا وافرا لإصلاح بقطاع السجون. Summary : This research aims to study the impact of human resources development on the reintegration of the imprisoned within the Rehabilitation Foundation of El-Bouny-Annaba, which is considered as an example of a humanized prison conditions, and the relationship of that development with the reforms adopted by the Algerian Ministry of Justice for all its structures since the inauguration of the Committee on Justice Reform in 1999, which in its turn gave a great deal of reform in the prisons sector. | |
