Abstract
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى معرفة الجهود المبذولة من قبل الجمهورية التونسية من أجل تكريس فكرة الاقتصاد الأخضر لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، لتشجيع الاستثمار من ناحية، ومن ناحية أخرى ضمان الرفاهية الاجتماعية، كما تهدف أيضا إلى تقديم تعريف للوظائف الخضراء كإستراتيجية مهمة ضمن مفهوم الاقتصاد الأخضر، ودورها في توفير العمل اللائق، خاصة في البلدان النامية، ولتحقيق ذلك، ثم استخدم المنهج الوصفي. من خلال استعراض بعض تجارب البلدان المتقدمة في استغلال الوظائف الخضراء، وكيفية الاستفادة من تجاربهم في الاقتصاد التونسي للتحول إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر الداعم للتنمية المستدامة.
تم التوصل من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أنه كلما زاد التركيز على الوظائف الخضراء بإعتبارها نموذج للاقتصاد الأخضر، زادت فعالية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وهو ما أصبح توجه العديد من الحكومات مثل تونس، مما شكل تجربة واستثمارا مهمينا في هذا المجال.This paper aimed identify the efforts of Tunisia Republic to reflect the idea of a
green economy for sustainable development, this is to encourage investment on the
one hand, and on the other hand to ensure social welfare, It also aims to defining of
green jobs as an important strategy in the green economy concept, and their role in
promoting decent work, particularly in developing countries, To achieve this, use the
search descriptive approach, through review some experiences of developed countries
exploitation to a green jobs, and how to utilize them in the Tunisia economy to shift
to Green economy supportive of sustainable development.
This paper concluded that the issue of the more the green jobs is seen as a model
of green economy, the more effective the achievement of sustainable development,
which has become the orientation of many governments like Tunisia, which
constitutes a significant experience and investment in this domain.
