| dc.description.abstract | دفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على منصة IBM Food Trust التي تستخدم تقنية البلوكتشين في إدارة سلاسل الامداد الغذائية، وتم التركيز على دور تقنية البلوكشين في تتبع ودعم كفاءة سلاسل الامداد الغذائية، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم صياغة فرضيتين والبعث الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي استقراء واستنباطا لاختبار مدى صحتهما. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، أهمها: - تستخدم تقنية البلوكتشين في دعم كفاءة سلسلة الامداد الغذائية، حيث تنشئ IBM Food Trust سجلاً آمنا و مشتركا ومسموحا للمعاملات. يتيح توريد الطعام عبر سلسلة الامداد الغذائية، حتى تتمكن من تحقيق مستويات جديدة من الثقة والشفافية، مما يجعل الطعام أكثر أماناً وذكاء من المزرعة إلى المطعم أو المستهلك The study aimed to identify the IBM Food Trust platform that uses blockchain technology to manage food supply chains. The focus was on the role of blockchain technology in tracking and supporting the efficiency of food supply chains. To achieve the study's objectives, two hypotheses were formulated and the researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach. The study found a number of results, the most important of which are : - Blockchain technology is used to support the efficiency of the food supply chain, as IBM Food Trust creates a safe, shared and tolerated record of transactions. It enables food supply across the food supply chain, so you can achieve new levels of trust and transparency, making food safer and smarter from farm to restaurant or consumer.
