Abstract
أولت الجزائر أهمية كبيرة لمصالح الأطفال الذين تتعرض صحتهم وأخلاقهم وتربيتهم للخطر، وذلك بإعلامهم بتدابير الحماية والمساعدة الخاصة بإحداث مؤسسات ومراكز معنية بهذا الدور، وقد أدخل القانون الجديد 15/12 وطنيا ووطنيا الآليات الاجتماعية المحلية هي الهيئة الوطنية لحماية وترقية الطفل، يملكها الوزير الأول ويرأسها مفوض وطني، أحدثت لحماية وتعزيز حقوق الطفل في الجزائر، ومصالح البيئة المفتوحة. والتي تهدف إلى معرفة الظروف والأسباب الحقيقية التي أدت إلى وجود الطفل في خطر معنوي.
Algeria has given great importance to the interests of children whose health, morals and upbringing are at risk, by informing them of special protection and assistance measures by creating institutions and centres concerned with this role, and the new law has introduced 15/12 national and local social mechanisms. It is the National Authority for the Protection and Promotion of Children, which is owned by the Prime Minister and is chaired by a national commissioner, which was created to safeguard the protection and promotion of children's rights in Algeria, and the interests of the open environment, which aims to know the real circumstances and reasons that led to the child's presence in moral danger.
