Abstract
حماية الطفل والارتقاء به من جميع النواحي دليل على تقدم وتحضر المجتمع في نطاق حقوق الإنسان، والمجتمع الدولي بدوره وضع مجموعة من القواعد القانونية في صورة معاهدات ملزمة لأجل حماية حقوق الطفل، والتي تمثل القاسم المشترك بين كل الأطفال في إطار المساواة وعدم التمييز على جميع المستويات تحت إشراف ورقابة لجان دولية. ومن أهم مبادرات تكريس هذه الحماية دوليا والتي مهدت لترسيخ حقوق الطفل على المستوى العالمي؛الاتفاقية الدولية الخاصة بحقوق الطفل (CRC 1989) التي تعتبر الصك الدولي الوحيد الذي تضَمَّن وشمل الحقوق الفضلى للطفل والمبادئ الكبرى التي من شأنها الوثوب بالطفولة نحو واقع أفضل.
Protecting children and advancing them in all aspects is evidence of the progress and civilization of society within the scope of human rights. The international community, in turn, has established a set of legal rules in the form of binding treaties in order to protect children’s rights, which represent the common denominator among all children within the framework of equality and non-discrimination at all levels under Supervision and oversight by international committees. One of the most important initiatives to establish this protection internationally, which paved the way for the consolidation of children’s rights at the global level, is the International Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC 1989), which is considered the only international instrument that includes and includes the best rights of the child and the major principles that will advance childhood towards a better reality.
