| dc.description.abstract | التنمية المحلية المستدامة هي انعكاس لكل المشاريع والبرامج وخطط التنمية الوطنية الشاملة، ولن يكون لهذا الموضوع على الرغم من أهميته بين مواضيع التنمية في الفكر الاقتصادي والدراسات الاجتماعية والسياسات المنتهجة أي أهمية ما لم ينتقل من مجرد نصوص ومأمول للواقع العملي، وهو ما يتطلب وضع إستراتيجية متكاملة لتجسيد التنمية المحلية المستدامة مع إيجاد الأدوات الكفيلة بتحقيقها.
