| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان بعض الآثار الاقتصادية لجائحة كورونا على مكونات مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر حيث تم استهداف مجموعة من المقاولين/مؤسسات في ولاية خنشلة لرصد أهم التغيرات الاقتصادية التي أحدثتها هذه الجائحة، و تحليل تأثيرها على أبرز مكونات مناخ الأعمال التي تنشط خلاله هذه المؤسسات( ظروف و نوعية مؤسسات التمويل؛ القوانين السائدة؛ الخدمة العمومية المقدمة و الإجراءات الحكومية). و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن جائحة كوفيد-19 أثرت سلبا على مكونات مناخ الأعمال في الجزائر مما أدى إلى كبح استمرار و نمو المؤسسات في فترة الجائحة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مناخ الأعمال؛ جائحة كورونا؛ تمويل؛تضخم. This study aims to show some of the economic effects of the Corona epidemic on the components of the business climate in Algeria, where a group of contractors / institutions in the state of Khenchela was targeted to show the most important economic changes brought by this pandemic, And analyzing its impact on the most prominent components of the business climate (conditions and quality of financing institutions, public service). The study concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic negatively affected the components of the business climate in Algeria, which led to curbing the continuity and growth of enterprises during the epidemic period. | |
