| dc.description.abstract | اعترف المشرع الجزائري بالصحافة الإلكترونية كشكل من أشكال الإعلام منذ 2012، و قد حاول تنظيمها وفقا لما يخدم مهنة الإعلام النبيلة التي تتطلب تكريس معايير أخلاقيات الصحفي في البيئة الإلكترونية، إذ نجده قد حدد إجراءات إدارية، وأحكام جزائية، تحكم النشاط الصحفي في العالم الرقمي. This communication examines the legal protection of electronic information ethics in Algerian legislation. Since 2012, Algerian legislators consider electronic journalism as a form of media and are trying to organise themselves according to the noble media industry. This requires the establishment of ethical standards for journalists in the electronic environment. As we have discovered, administrative procedures and criminal law regulations govern information activities in the digital world. | |
