Abstract
الملخص : يقدم الروبورتاج المصور بعنوان العمل الإعلامي للمرأة في ولاية خنشلة الوضع المهني والاجتماعي للمرأة العاملة في القطاع الإعلامي المحلي (لولاية خنشلة) ، حيث يسلط الضوء على الدور الفعال الذي تلعبه المرأة في هذا المجال ، التحديات التي تواجهها والإنجازات التي تحققها؟
يتضمن الروبورتاج مقابلات مع بعض الإعلاميات اللاتي تمكن من اختراق الساحة الإعلامية متجاوزات كل التحديات والصعوبات وذلك من خلال سردهن لقصصهن الشخصية في هذا المجال ، كما يتم عرض لقطات أرشيفية أثناء عملهن كإعلاميات وكذلك بالنسبة للقطات عضوات نادي قمرة للإعلام بجامعة عباس الغرور خنشلة.
من خلال هذا الروبورتاج ، يتم تعزيز الدور الإيجابي للمرأة الإعلامية والاعتراف به من خلال قصص شخصية ناجحة تلهم الأجيال القادمة من النساء مما يعكس كفاءتهن في تحقيق طموحاتهن.
abstract :
The photo reportage titled "Women's Media Work in the Wilaya of "Khenchela" presents the professional and social status of women working in the local media sector in Khenchela. It highlights the significant role that women play in this field, the challenges they face, and the achievements they accomplish. The reportage includes interviews with some female journalists who have successfully broken into the media scene, overcoming various challenges and difficulties. They share their personal stories in this field, and archival footage is shown during their work as journalists, along with footage of members of the Qomra Media Club at Abbas Laghrour University, Khenchela. Through this reportage, the positive role of female journalists is strengthened and recognized, showcasing successful personal stories that inspire future generations of women and reflect their competency in achieving their aspirations
