Résumé
Les lectines sont des substances protéiques extraits des plantes, des animaux ou des microorganismes. L’objectif principal de ce travail est de chercher la présence de lectines dans deux plantes médicinales (Astragalus armatus et Ruta montana) par le test d’ hémagglutination et d’extraire les lectines et l’étude de l’activité contre (Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus subtilis, Klebsiella oxytoca, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella ssp, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa). L’extraction à été faite par broyage des racines et macération dans une solution tampon. Pour certains nombre des sucres, seul le glucose et galactose inhibent l’activité hémagglutinante des lectines de Ruta montana. Et le sucrose inhibe les lectines d’Astragalus armatus. Il s’est avéré au terme de ces recherches que: L’Astragalus armatus et Ruta montana présentent une activité antibactérienne.
L’extrait lyophilisé de l’Astragalus armatus et Ruta montana a manifesté une activité antibactérienne plus forte que l'extrait non lyophilisé
Abstract
Lectins are proteins substances extracted from plants, animals or microorganisms. The main objective of this work is to look for the presence of lectins in two medicinal plants (Astragalus armatus and Ruta montana) by the haemagglutination test, extract lectins and the study of the activity against(Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus subtilis, Klebsiella oxytoca, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella sp, Pseudomonas Aeruginosa). The extraction was made by crushing and macération in abuffer solution was followed. For some number of single sugar glucose and galactose inhibit hemagglutinating activity of Ruta montana lectins. And sucrose inhibits the hemagglutinating activity of lectins Astragalus armatus.
It turned out at the end of this research that: The Astragalus armatus and Ruta montana have antibacterial activity. The lyophilized extract of Astragalus armatus and Ruta montana has shown antibacterial activity stronger than the non lyophilized extract.
