Abstract
الملخص:
إثر اطلاعنا على ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة وجدنا أن هناك اختلاف وتباين في
تعريف العنف ولعل هذا يعود إلى الزوايا المتعددة التي يمكن أن ينظر إلى هذا المفهوم من خلالها كونه يحمل عدة أشكال وصور ويختلف استخدامه من علم إلى آخر حسب الدراسات والبحوث والتعاريف الإجرائية فقد يكون ماديا كالضرب وإلحاق الأذى بالجسد حتى الموت وقد يكون معنويا كزرع الخوف والرعب أو الإهانة، وقد يكون بالإذاء عن طريق الكلام الجارح ومنه ما يكون فردي أي موجه تجاه فرد أو صادر عن فرد واحد،
وقد يكون جماعي أي أن يصدر عن جماعة أو موجه ضد جماعة. إن مفهوم العنف الذي نخصه بالدراسة في مقامنا هذا يشير إلى كل سلوك يشوبه
اعتداء جسدي كالضرب، القتل، القهر الجنسي أو اعتداء نفسي معنوي كاللوم، الإهانة، التجريح، الهجر وفي موضوعنا هذا سنركز الاهتمام على عنف الزوج وإساءته ضد زوجته هذه الأخيرة التي تكون ضحية كل سلوك لا مشروع مرتبط بكل معان القسوة والإيذاء بحيث تستسلم لزوجها فيسلب حريتها ويحاول في كل مرة يمارس فيها هذا السلوك أن يجعلها تابعة له ليثبت أنه قوام عليها لذلك فهي مرغمة على أن تخضع لإرادته وتتنازل عن كل حقوقها لترضي حاجاته.
Résumé
Afterwelearned about thisphenomenon, wefoundthatthereis a difference and variation in the definition of violence. This maybe due to the multiple angles in whichthis concept canbeseen as carryingvariousforms and images and the different use of one science to anotheraccording to studies, research and proceduraldefinitionsmaybematerialsuch as hitting and harming The body maybemortal, such as sowingfear, fear or humiliation, and maybehurt by the offensive speech and fromitis not individualdirectedtowards an individual or issued by one individual, and maybe collective, thatis, issued by a group or directedagainst a group.
The concept of violence thatwestudy in this position refers to everybehaviorthatisphysicallyassaulted, such as beating, murder, sexualcoercion or psychologicalpsychological abuse such as blame, humiliation, defamation, abandonment. In thistopicwewill focus attention on the husband's violence and abuse againsthiswife, A behaviorthatis not legitimate and islinked to all the cruelty and victimization, sothatshesurrenders to herhusband and deprivesherfreedom and tries every time thatthisbehaviorispracticed to makehimdependent on him to provethatsheis the basis of her.
