| dc.description.abstract | لقد سعت الجزائر كغيرها من الدول إلى تطوير وعصرنة المرافق العمومية بشكل عام وقطاع العدالة بشكل خاص ، وهذا من خلال إدخال تكنولوجيا الاعلام والاتصال في جميع نشاطاته الادارية والقضائية بما يسمى برقمنة قطاع العدالة. وعليه سنحاول في هذه المداخلة التطرق إلى عصرنة قطاع العدالة من خلال القوانين المستحدثة في هذا المجال مستعرضين فوائدها ومجالات العمل بها والنتائج المستفادة منها في إطار سيرورة المصالح الخاصة بالمواطنين.
