| dc.description.abstract | تتناول هذه الدراسة مجمل الإصلاحات التي قامت بها الجزائر في مجال تجارتها الخارجية في إطارها القانوني والمؤسساتي لتحقيق التحرير التجاري بغية تنويع الاقتصاد خارج النفط والحد من الانكشاف عن تقلبات الأسعار، مع استنتاج أثر هذه الإصلاحات على واقع التجارة الخارجية الجزائرية من حيث بنيتها والمتعاملين معها في ظل أزمة النفط التي مست العالم منذ 2014. This study deals with all the reforms undertaken by Algeria in the field of foreign trade within its legal and institutional framework to achieve commercial liberalization in order to diversify the economy outside oil and reduce the exposure to price fluctuations, then concluding the impact of these reforms on the reality of Algerian foreign trade in terms of its structure and customers within the framework of the oil crisis since 2014. | |
