Abstract
تهدف الورقة البحثية إلى استعراض أهمية تقنية البلوك تشين في مواجهة أشكال الفساد المالي
الإلكتروني المختلفة، باعتبارها أحدث ما توصلت إليه منظومة أمن المعلومات لحماية
مختلف العمليات المالية والتجارية من الاحتيال والقرصنة الإلكترونية. واستندت الدراسة إلى سؤال أساسي وهو: كيف تساهم تقنية البلوك تشين في الحد من أشكال الفساد المالي الإلكتروني؟ وبناءً على ذلك، تم تقسيم الدراسة إلى محورين، تناول الأول الإطار المفاهيمي للفساد المالي الإلكتروني: دراسة المفهوم والأنماط وكذلك تقنية البلوك تشين، بينما استعرض المحور الثاني العلاقة بين تقنية البلوك تشين ومكافحة الفساد المالي الإلكتروني. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة أنه نظرًا للميزات المعقدة والدقيقة للغاية لتقنية البلوك تشين، فإنها تمثل حاليًا أفضل الخيارات التقنية المتاحة، للحد من
خطر الاختراق والتلاعب الإلكتروني.The research paper aims to review the importance of blockchain technology in combating various forms of electronic financial corruption, as it is the latest development in the information security system to protect various financial and commercial operations from fraud and electronic hacking. The study was based on a basic question: How does blockchain technology contribute to reducing forms of electronic financial corruption? Accordingly, the study was divided into two axes, the first of which dealt with the conceptual framework of electronic financial corruption: studying the concept and patterns as well as blockchain technology, while the second axis reviewed the relationship between blockchain technology and combating electronic financial corruption. One of the most important results of the study is that due to the complex and highly precise features of blockchain technology, it currently represents the best technical options available to reduce the risk of electronic hacking and manipulation.
