| dc.description.abstract | لقد كفلت التشريعات والدساتير العربية عدد من الحقوق الاجتماعية حيث يتمتع بها الافراد كونهم مواطنين في الدولة ومن هذه الحقوق حق الانتماء الى جنسية معينة، ونهدف من خلال هذا المقال الى تأكيد ان المساواة بين المرأة والرجل في الجنسية من شأنه الحفاظ على السلم والأمن الاجتماعي. ان مخالفة قاعدة المساواة في الجنسية بين المرأة والرجل هي مخالفة للقواعد ومبادئ حقوق الإنسان المبنية اساسا على مختلف الاتفاقيات الدولية الحامية لحقوق الانسان والكافلة لمبدأ مساواة المواطنين في جميع مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية والإنسانية والاقتصادية منها.
