| dc.description.abstract | تتبنى الدول في العالم سياسة جنائية خاصة من شأنها تقرير الحماية الاستباقية للطفل في حالة خطر ، وذلك من خلال إ فراغها في صورة قوانين، و ما الجزائر عن ذلك ببعيد فقد إنخرط المشرع الجزائري في هذا المسعى الدولي الذي يهدد الأطفال القصر في جميع دول العالم حيث قرر هذه الحماية في القوانين العامة المتمثلة في قوانين الاجراءات الجزائية وقانون العقوبات والقوانين الخاصة سيما قانون حماية الطفل 12 -15 من خلال وضع آليات خاصة وقائية تضع عدة إجراءات إستباقية، لحماية الطفل في حالة خطر، وكذا إحداث هيئات مختصة مثل اللجنة الوطنية لحماية الطفولةStates in the world adopt a special criminal policy that would determine the proactive protection of a child in a situation of danger, by emptying it into a form of.
