| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية المورد البشري وإمكانية اعتباره أصلاً من أصول المنظمة وموارداً هامة من مواردها الاقتصادية. سعت الدراسة إلى الإجابة على هذه الإشكالية من خلال تناول مفهوم رأس المال البشري وخصائصه وأهم مكوناته ثم التعرف على مفهوم محاسبة الموارد البشرية ومراحلها، ثم الأهداف وأهميتها، وكذلك نماذج القياس المحاسبي لهذه الموارد. تم تطبيق محاسبة Lev &Schwartz باستخدام نموذجENAGEO الموارد البشرية على المؤسسة الوطنية للجيوفيزياء للقياس المحاسبي، حيث تم توضيح تأثيره على قيم عناصر القوائم المالية على تقديم قيمة اقتصادية للموارد البشرية في القوائم المالية Lev & Schwartz يعتمد النموذج المطبق للشركة من خلال تقدير القيمة المستقبلية لهذه الموارد باستخدام الأجور السنوية ومعدل الخصم. يُظهر هذا النموذج أن المورد البشري في الشركة يتمتع بقيمة تفوق الموارد الأخرى، ويتضح ذلك من خلال العدد الكبير للعاملين والنوعية العالية التي تعتمد عليها الشركة في نشاطها، وذلك عبر التكوين والتأهيل المستمرين خلال المسار المهني Abstract : This study aims to shed light on the importance of human resources and their potential to be considered as a fundamental asset of the organization and a significant economic resource. The study seeks to address this issue by examining the concept of human capital, its characteristics, and key components, then identifying the concept of human resource accounting and its stages, objectives, importance, as well as accounting measurement models for these resources. Human resource accounting was applied to the National Geophysics Institute (ENAGEO) using the Lev & Schwartz model of accounting measurement, elucidating its impact on the values of financial statement elements. The Lev & Schwartz model adopted estimates the economic value of human resources in the company's financial statements by estimating the future value of these resources using annual wages and the discount rate. This model demonstrates that human resources in the company possess a value exceeding other resources, evident through the large number of employees and the high quality upon which the company relies in its operations, achieved through continuous training and qualification throughout their careers. | |
