| dc.description.abstract | ما تشهد منطقة الساحل الإفريقي في الآونة الأخيرة من مخاطر وتهديدات أمنية متنامية بسبب اتساع مجال أنشطة الجماعات الإرهابية وتحديدا في المناطق الحدودية بين الجزائر وموريتانيا ومالي والنيجر، وكذا الانتشار الواسع لكافة الأنشطة الموازية للأعمال الإرهابية كتجارة الأسلحة والمخدرات والهجرة الغير شرعية مما يجعلها شبكات متداخلة في تشكيلها بين توجهات أصولية متشددة وخلفيات ومصالح اقتصادية محلية لها امتدادات إقليمية ودولية تمتد تداعياتها على الساحة الدولية، وباعتبار الجزائر تعتبر امتدادا واسعا لقارة افريقيا عبر الصحراء الكبرى، فأي تهديد أمني في الساحل الإفريقي والصحراء الكبرى يعتبر تهديدا مباشرا للأمن القومي الجزائري. وفي هذا الإطار سعت الجزائر بتبني تصورا أمنيا أكثر شمولا في مجال مكافحة الإرهاب بناءا على ما تشهده المنطقة اليوم من حالة تتسم بالفوضى والعنف وعدم الاستقرار، مما جعل الجزائر تسعى لتحقيق الأمن في المنطقة من خلال مكافحة الإرهاب في الساحل الإفريقي عبر مجموعة من الآليات والميكانزمات الأمنية والسياسية الدبلوماسية التي تجتمع كلها في إطار الدبلوماسية الأمنية الجزائرية وعلاقاتها مع دول القارة الإفريقية، لكن قبل هذا يجب تناول أهمية الساحل الإفريقي الإستراتيجية مرورا بأهم التنظيمات الإرهابية المتواجدة في المنطقة وخطرها على الأمن الإقليمي والإفريقي. The African coast is experiencing a resurgence of tension and insecurities linked to the actions and movements of terrorist groups Algeria remains exposed and weakened by the extent of its area and its large borders with several countries, especially with Mali and Niger; also Mauritania. To prevent any unpleasant surprises, Algeria has put in place diplomatic and political mechanisms as well as security because armed groups have connections with smuggling in all its forms, weapons, cannabis, goods, money laundering. In addition, as Algeria is a large extension of the African continent across the greater Sahara, any security threat on the African coast and in the greater Sahara is considered a direct threat to Algerian national security. Moreover, by linking national and regional security to achieve global international security, in this context, Algeria has sought to adopt a more global security vision in the field of the fight against terrorism, based on what the region is experiencing today in terms of chaos, violence, and instability. However, before that, it is necessary to address the strategic importance of the African coast through the most important terrorist organizations present in the region and their threat to regional and African security. | |
