| dc.description.abstract | أصبحت وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وشبكة الانترنت، والوسائط المتعددة لبنة في تحويل التعليم إلى طور الإبداع والابتكار وتنمية المهارات، وتعمل على إيصال المعلومة بأقصر وقت وأقل جهد وأكبر فائدة، وبرزت عدة تجارب في هذا المجال للعديد من الدول العربية كمصر والمملكة العربية السعودية ولبنان وتونس وغيرها. وتعد الجزائر من الدول التي تسعى إلى تحقيق ذلك، وقد تجسد ذلك بتطبيق تكنولوجيا التعليم ولو بشكل تدريجي في منظومتها التعليمية.
