Abstract
أصبحت وسائل الاتصال الحديثة وشبكة الانترنت، والوسائط المتعددة لبنة في تحويل التعليم إلى طور الإبداع والابتكار وتنمية المهارات، وتعمل على إيصال المعلومة بأقصر وقت وأقل جهد وأكبر فائدة، وبرزت عدة تجارب في هذا المجال للعديد من الدول العربية كمصر والمملكة العربية السعودية ولبنان وتونس وغيرها. وتعد الجزائر من الدول التي تسعى إلى تحقيق ذلك، وقد تجسد ذلك بتطبيق تكنولوجيا التعليم ولو بشكل تدريجي في منظومتها التعليمية.
Modern means of communication the Internet and multimedia have become a
building block in transforming education into a phase of creativity، innovation and skills
development، and works to deliver information with the shortest time، effort and greatest
benefit، and several experiences have emerged in this field for many Arab countries such as
Egypt، Saudi Arabia، Lebanon، Tunisia and others .Algeria is countries that seek to achieve
this، and this has been embodied in the application of educational technology، even gradually
in its educational system
