| dc.description.abstract | الملخص : تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية طرح المشكلة عبر محاولة تقصي ظاهرة الأحياء المتخلفة أمام هذا الوضع والمتمثل في النمو الحضري السريع في الجزائر، والذي لا يعد طبيعيا إنما هو نتيجة لتحرك السكان بين المدن نفسها، ومن الريف إلى المدينة، إزاء هذا الوضع، نحاول في هذه الورقة مقاربة العلاقات التي يصنعها الإنسان مع الفضاء الذي يعيش فيه من خلال ممارساته في عمرانه المتمثل في الأحياء المتخلفة داخل الجيوب العمرانية الفارغة. Summary : This paper examines the problem by trying to investigate the phenomenon of underdeveloped neighborhoods in Algeria, which is not natural, but is a result of the movement of the population between the cities themselves and from the countryside to the city. Man-made relationships with the space in which he lives through his practices in the architecture of underdeveloped neighborhoods within empty urban enclaves. | |
