Abstract
الملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة النظرية إلى التطرق لأحد و أهم المواضيع الحديثة في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم والتي لها أهمية كبيرة في حياة الفرد والمجتمع و محاولة الكشف على مفهوم مستوى الطموح و التعمق فيه من خلال تطوره التاريخي، والتطرق الى النظريات المفسرة لمستوى الطموح ، مع ذكر بعض مقاييسه. وحتى وإن اختلفت المفاهيم المحددة لمستوى الطموح حسب المفكرين والعلماء كل حسب رأيه ومشاربه الفكرية، إلا أن الاتفاق يبدو جليا حول أهميتها لا تقتصر على الفرد وإنما تتعداها لتعود بالفائدة على المجتمع بشكل عام ، والكشف عن العوامل والقوى الكامنة وراء تلك الظاهرة وعليه من الممكن تنمية أو تعديل مستوى الطموح
Résumé : Cette etude théorique vise l´un parmi les plus intéréssant sujet dans le domaine de la psychologie de l´organization et du travail,afin de découvrir l importance du concept « niveau d´ ambition» a travers l´evolution historique des different théories qui traitent le niveau d´ ambition,et ces métriques. Même si on trouve plusieurs definitions donner a ce concept par les chercheurs et les specialistes dans le domaine, on trouve que son importance dépasse l´individu pour qu elle concerne la société d´une façon générale ce qui nous raméne a chercher de découvrir les facteurs et les puissances latentes de ce phénoméne qui aide a developer et a modifier le niveau d´ambition.
Abstract : This theoretical study aims at one of the most interesting subject in the field of the psychology of organization and work, in
order to discover the importance of the concept "level of ambition" through the historical evolution of the different theories
that treat the level of ambition, and these metrics. Even if we find several definitions to give to this concept by the
researchers and the specialists in the field, one finds that its importance exceeds the individual so that it concerns the society in
a general way which leads us to seek to discover the factors and the latent powers of this phenomenon that helps to develop and
modify the level of ambition.
