Abstract
الملخص:
هدفت الدراسة لموضوع التكنولوجيا المالية كآلية في تفعيل أبعاد الشمول المالي - دراسة حالة بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية -، توصلت دراستنا أن العديد من الدول تسعى إلى مواكبة التطورات الحديثة في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية وبالتركيز أكثر على الجوانب المالية، عن طريق توسيع استخدام تكنولوجيا المالية نحو تعزيز الشمول المالي بما يقدم كفاءة وفعالية أكثر، في الخدمات المالية لمختلف شرائح المجتمع، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع تكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي في أحد البنوك الجزائرية من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى بنك الفلاحة والتنمية الريفية.
وكتوصيات من خلال ما تمّ التوصل إليه أنه يجب على البنوك الجزائرية بشتى أنواعها أن تتميز بتكنولوجيا المالية في تقديم الخدمات المالية، حتى تتسم بالجودة والمصداقية، وبالتالي تفعيل الشمول المالي ممّا يؤدي إلى تحقيق قفزة نوعية في الأعمال المصرفية وتلبية رضا العميل.
Summary:
The study concluded that financial technology as a whole plays a major role in enhancing financial Inclusion. A case study of the Algerian Post and Development Bank has shown that most developing countries seek to overcome difficulties in achieving economic goals, with a focus on the southern countries, by expanding the use of financial technology to enhance financial Inclusion in a more efficient and effective way to provide various financial services to society. The aim of this study was to analyze the role of financial technology In promoting financial Inclusion In Algerian banks through a case study of the Development Bank and the Post Bank.
Technological advancements have helped banks in developing countries adopt financial technology to provide quality financial services and facilitate financial Inclusion, which in turn contributes to achieving competitiveness in banking, reducing poverty, and creating job opportunities.
